Chili Rubbed Flank Steak

Ingredients
- 1 beef bouillon cube, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons boiling water
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 lb flank steak
Directions
- Combine bouillon cube and water until dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Rub mixture on steak. Cover and place in refrigerator 1 hour.
- Grill or broil until desired doneness.
