Chili Rub for Pork

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Directions
- Trim fat and slash edges at 1 inch intervals.
- In bowl, combine dry ingredients. Stir in oil. Rub all over chops.(Can prepare a day ahead and refridgerate).
- Grease grill and cook until juices run clear. Approx 8 minutes.
