Chili-Rice Dinner

Really quick and easy recipe passed down to me by my Mom. It's a crowd pleaser. Looks impressive in cooked bell peppers too. Show more

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef, onion and pepper. Drain.
  2. Add spices and all other ingredients except rice.
  3. Bring to a full boil then stir iin rice.
  4. Reduce heat cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix and serve sprinkled with shredded cheese.
  6. You can also serve in cooked whole bell peppers and sprinkle with cheese which looks really impressive, but is super easy!
