  1. Drain and slice open the chilies.
  2. Take 1 cans worth and lay flat in a small, buttered casserole dish.
  3. Cover with 1/2 the cheese.
  4. Repeat.
  5. Whip together the eggs and sour cream.
  6. Lightly salt and pepper.
  7. Pour over casserole and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
