Chili Mole

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 10 ounces condensed tomato soup
- 1 (14 ounce) can kidney beans, with liquid
- 1⁄2 cup grated carrot
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa, sifted
Directions
- Brown ground beef and onion in non-stick frying pan.
- Drain.
- Turn into large saucepan.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Stir well.
- Bring to boil.
- Simmer covered, for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrot is cooked.
