Chili Mixed Nuts

Ingredients
- 3 cups mixed nuts or 3 cups peanuts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325. In a bowl, combine nuts and oil; stir to coat. In a bowl, stir together chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, celery salt, and cinnamon; sprinkle onto nut mixture. Toss to coat.
- Spread nuts in a 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring twice. Cool. Cover tightly; store up to two weeks.
