Chili-Lemon Butter

This will add some zing to your sandwiches and mashed potatoes! Kick It Up A Notch :-)

Yields: 9 1/2 ounces, approximately

Ingredients

  • 12  tablespoons butter
  • 3  tablespoons  freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3  tablespoons  jalapeno peppers, seeded,or not,according to taste and finely minced
  • 3  teaspoons lemons, rind of, finely grated

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients in small bowl until well blended.
  2. Store refrigerated.
  3. Experiment- use it to replace part or all of the butter called for in recipes!
