Chili-Lemon Butter

Ingredients
- 12 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons jalapeno peppers, seeded,or not,according to taste and finely minced
- 3 teaspoons lemons, rind of, finely grated
Directions
- Mix ingredients in small bowl until well blended.
- Store refrigerated.
- Experiment- use it to replace part or all of the butter called for in recipes!
