Chili for All!

Ingredients
- 3 lbs hamburger meat
- salt
- black pepper
- garlic powder
- chili powder
- olive oil
- 2 large yellow onions, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 5 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans
- 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 2 quarts of v-8 tomato juice
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes (optional)
Directions
- Brown hamburger, drain and set aside.
- In pot you will be using for chili cook onions, peppers, celery with a little olive oil until almost tender.
- Add to pot beans, tomato sauces, tomato juices, add your spices until you have it to your taste.
- add meat
- simmer for at least 45 minutes still adding spices to make it yours.
