  1. Dice onions & green peppers.
  2. Brown ground beef & sausage with onions & green peppers; drain and then keep warm.
  3. Heat tomato sauce & tomatoes to a boil.
  4. Add chili powder, salt & sugar to the tomato mixture stirring well after addition Return to a boil.
  5. Add meat mixture to the tomatoes stirring well after addition
  6. Return to a boil.
  7. Add beans to chili mixture & heat through stirring regularly.
