Chili Dipping Sauce

Found in NZ Taste Magazine, December 2012. Serve with my Thai Fish Cakes.

Ingredients

• 1  green chili pepper, finely sliced
• 1  red chili pepper, finely sliced
• 1  lime, juice only
• 2  tablespoons fish sauce
• 1⁄4 cup sugar
• 1⁄4 cup water

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients until sugar dissolves and pour into a small bowl.
