Chili Con Carne

Ingredients
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes, undrained
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 green pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 drops hot sauce
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 (6 ounce) can water
- 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans
Directions
- Process tomatoes on LO to desired consistency; set aside. Brown ground beefwith onion, green pepper and garlic; drain. In large saucepan combine beef mxture and remaining ingredients except chili beans; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Stir in beans; simmer until thoroughly heated.
