Chili.... Chili-Beef Dinner

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 -2 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes, cut up and drained
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
Directions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet, drain and set aside. Remove beef, using the same skillet, add onion, garlic, salt, chili power, tomatoes, tomato paste and water.
- Bring to a boil and cover for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Remove the lid and simmer for 10 minutes or until sauce is thickened and macaroni is tender.
