Chili Cheese Hash Browns #SP5

Ingredients
- 2 (4 ounce) cans diced medium green chilies
- 2 (12 ounce) packages Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
- 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
- 2 (14 ounce) cans chili without beans
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons mccormick blended black pepper
Directions
- Spray 9 X 13 baking pan with non stick cooking oil.
- Preheat oven 425*.
- In large bowl add green chilies, hashrowns, and blended pepper. Mix well.
- Add chili and cheese and gently mix.
- Cover with non stick foil.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Let set 10 to 15 minutes covered.
- Serve with salad or bread sticks.
