Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- salt and pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 32 ounces water
- 2 cans red beans (drained)
- 1 can stewed tomatoes (sliced)
Directions
- Brown ground beef, onion, garlic, and salt and pepper.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a hard boil.
- Reduce to a simmer for 45 minutes.
