Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 medium onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 -3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon coriander (optional)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (16 ounce) cans kidney beans
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon powder
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
- 2 cups water
Directions
- Chop onions and garlic up fine.
- Brown meat, onions, and garlic. I usually add onions and garlic when meat is halfway done.
- In a large pot, add all ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 1 hr or longer for best results.
