Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1 tablespoon onion, minced
- 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic
Directions
- Brown ground beef with onions in Dutch oven until browned. Drain Grease. Add rest of ingredients & cook on low; heat 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
