Chili

Serves: 8-10
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 29 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can white beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili beans
- 1 onion, Diced
- 2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies
- 1⁄4 cup celery, Diced
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes, Diced
- 1 -2 tablespoon cumin
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups water
- 1 (1 1/4ounce) packet chili seasoning mix (optional)
Directions
- Brown meat and drain. Combine all ingredients and bring to a simmer. Cook over low heat for 2 – 3 hours. We serve this over rice with cheese and sour cream on top!
