Chili

Ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans
- 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1⁄8 cup of hot chili seasoning mix
- 1⁄8 cup of mild chili seasoning mix
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1⁄2 onion, chopped
Directions
- Brown ground beef and onion in skillet.
- While the beef is browning place beans, tomato sauce and chili mixes in large pot.
- Simmer over low to medium heat.
- Add beef and onion to chili mixture.
- Simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and corn chips.
