Chili

Ingredients
- butter or margarine
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 lbs ground round
- 2 cups tomatoes, canned
- chili powder, to taste
- salt, to taste
- pepper
- 2 cups red chili beans, presoaked
Directions
- Saute onion in butter.
- Add ground round and cook until browned.
- Add tomatoes, chili powder, salt, pepper, and chili beans.
- Simmer several hours.
