Chile Relleno Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chili peppers, diced
- 1⁄2 lb cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons tapioca
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions
- Line a buttered 1-qt casserole with the green chile peppers.
- Layer the cheese over the peppers.
- In a double boiler bring to boil the milk,tapioca,and salt.
- Add the beaten eggs.
- Pour over the cheese and chile peppers.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
