Chile Con Queso Dip

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 (8 ounce) package Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chili peppers, chopped (drained)
- 15 ounces diced tomatoes, drained
- salt and pepper
- 5 ounces evaporated milk
- 3 -4 tablespoons flour
Directions
- In a large skillet, sautee onion, add peppers and tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste and add milk. Whisk in flour. Add cheese and stir until melted. Can keep warm in crockpot.
