  1. Oven roast chilies.
  2. Remove skin seeds and stems.
  3. Place in a blender: peppers, tomatoes, onion, and garlic and blend.
  4. Pour blended ingredients in a sauce pan on low heat.
  5. Then add: jack cheese, Velveeta cheese, and cream cheese.
  6. Stir constantly until melted, then remove from heat -- do not boil.
