Chile Con Queso

Ingredients
- 12 green chilies
- 5 tomatoes
- 1 sweet onion
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb monterey jack cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
Directions
- Oven roast chilies.
- Remove skin seeds and stems.
- Place in a blender: peppers, tomatoes, onion, and garlic and blend.
- Pour blended ingredients in a sauce pan on low heat.
- Then add: jack cheese, Velveeta cheese, and cream cheese.
- Stir constantly until melted, then remove from heat -- do not boil.
