  1. Combine barbecue and Worcestershire sauces, honey,chili, garlic clove, lemon juice, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  2. Add the beef, and coat in honey mixture.
  3. Cook beef on heated grill, or barbecue until browned on both sides and cooked as desired.
  4. To make the coleslaw, whisk together vinegar, and mayonnaise in a large bowl.'.
  5. Add cabbages, carrot, and green onions, and toss gently.
  6. Serve steaks with coleslaw.
