Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 (15 ounce) cans spicy chili beans
- 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 4 (15 ounce) cans water
- 1 package chili sauce mix (The size of a powered gravy mix)
- 1⁄3 package Bloomers chile spice (Not sure if it is available worldwide. Just add your favorite)
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- salt & pepper
- red pepper flakes
- 1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti
Directions
- Brown ground chuck, onion, salt& pepper.
- Drain fat.
- In a large pot place chile beans, water, tomatoe sauce, more salt& pepper, chile powder, sugar, The chile spice pkgs, redpepper flakes.
- Stir.
- Start to boil.
- Add ground chuck.
- Let simmer 1hr.
- to 1 1/2hrs.
- Cook spaghetti 3/4 box.
- Place in cold water.
- Add to chile after the cook time to your liking.
- I think Chile is always best the second day.
