Child's Play Canned Salsa

Ingredients
- 16 cups tomatoes, chopped
- 5 cups onions, chopped
- 3 cups bell peppers, chopped
- 2 cups jalapeno peppers, minced
- 12 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons cumin
- 3 tablespoons black pepper
- 1⁄4 cup canning salt
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 2 (12 ounce) cans tomato paste
- 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (4 ounce) bottles el yucateco caribbean hot sauce chili habaneros
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in very large pot.
- Bring to boil and cook for 20-25 minutes.
- Seal in jars and cook in hot water bath for 15 minutes.
