Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups bread flour
- 1 1⁄4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1⁄4 cup gluten flour
- 1⁄4 cup graham flour
- 1⁄3 cup dry milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons orange zest, grated
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2⁄3 cup cottage cheese, low fat
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 teaspoons dry yeast
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in the breadmaker pan. Program the breadmaker for whole wheat mode.
