Chickpea Moroccan Stew

Ingredients
- 2 cups chickpeas, cooked
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1⁄2 tablespoon cumin
- 1⁄2 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1⁄2 tablespoon ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 bay leaf
- 14 ounces tomato sauce
Directions
- Sauté chickpeas.
- Add onions, garlic, peppers, and continue to sauté.
- Add seasonings.
- Add tomato sauce when onions are translucent.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
