Ingredients
- 4 large boneless skinless chicken breast halves (in 8 pieces)
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise (perferably homemade)
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 2 green onions (minced)
- salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Combine all in a baking dish. Cover. Chill 24 hours.
- Heat oven 400.
- Uncover chicken. Bring to room temperature
- Bake with marinade for 30 minutes.
