  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a Dutch oven. Add chicken breasts and brown on both sides.
  3. Add wine and sage. Cover pan, reduce heat to low and simmer 25 minutes or until chicken is fork tender.
  4. Add peas and cook 5 minutes longer.
