Chicken With Prosciutto and Cheese

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 4 basil leaves
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 4 slices provolone cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place each chicken breast on a piece of parchment paper or paper towl. Season with salt and pepper, then top with a basil leaf and a slice prosciutto.
- Heat oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.
- Pick up each chicken breast by the paper and slap it prosciutto side down into the skillet; remove paper.
- Let cook 3 minutes until prosciutto is crisp.
- Flip and top with a slice of provolone.
- Transfer to oven and bake for 4 minutes until chicken is cooked and cheese is bubbly.
