Chicken With Pineapple

Ingredients
- 600 g chicken pieces
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons spring onions, finely sliced (for garnishing)
A
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 10 g young ginger, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine

- 200 g pineapple, 1/2 cm thick wedges
- 2 tablespoons fresh chili
- 1 tablespoon light sauce
Directions
- Marinate the Chicken pieces with combine Ingredients A in a casserole for 1 hour.
- Mix cornflour and water.
- Add in Ingredients B.
- Cover and cook on power Medium-High for 10 minutes.
- Stir in cornflour mixture towards last 5 minutes of cooking time.
- Serve hot with Boiled Rice.
