Chicken With Oregano and Lemon

This is a great one dish dinner which is ready in under half an hour. Serve with Greek salad and some good bread. Show more

  1. Season the chicken with the dried oregano, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan.
  3. Add the chicken, potatoes and green onions, and brown quickly for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the broth, cover, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked.
  5. Add the lemon juice and fresh oregano.
  6. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately.
