Chicken With Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken, boneless skinless
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 pepper
- 1 1⁄2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1⁄4 cup chicken broth
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup flour
Directions
- Place chicken in slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add mushrooms. Mix broth and soup and pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours. Pull chicken from slow cooker and set aside. When cool, shred.
- Stir together flour and sour cream. Stir into sauce. Allow to cool.
- Place chicken and sauce in freezer bag. Label and freeze.
- To serve: thaw. Heat and stir until smooth, thick and bubbly.
