Chicken With Green Chili Sauce for Two

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 2⁄3 cup cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 4 ounces of chopped green chilies
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 1⁄2 cups cooked rice
Directions
- Sprinkle chicken with Cajun seasoning.
- Spray medium skillet with cooking spray.
- Brown chicken on both sides.
- In small bowl, combine the soup, water, chilies and lemon juice.
- Stir into skillet. Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8-10 mins or until juices run clear.
- Remove from heat; stir in sour cream.
- Serve over rice.
