  1. Sprinkle chicken with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Spray medium skillet with cooking spray.
  3. Brown chicken on both sides.
  4. In small bowl, combine the soup, water, chilies and lemon juice.
  5. Stir into skillet. Bring to boil.
  6. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8-10 mins or until juices run clear.
  7. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream.
  8. Serve over rice.
