Chicken with Chips

Ingredients

  • 2  cups  cubed cooked chicken
  • 2  cups celery, sliced
  • 12 cup  almonds or 12 cup walnuts
  • 4  tablespoons onions, grated or finely diced
  • 3  tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1  cup mayonnaise, lite is fine
  •  salt and pepper
  • 12 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 12 cups  potato chips, some crushed some whole

Directions

  1. Place first 7 items in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish, mixing well.
  2. Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips.
  3. Bake 15 minutes@ 425 F or until heated through.
