Chicken W/Spinach, Swiss & Bacon Bits Burger

Yields: 8 burgers
Ingredients
- 3 lbs ground chicken
- 1 lb baby spinach leaves
- 4 pieces swiss cheese, cut up
- handful bacon bits
- 1⁄4 cup honey mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 cup Progresso Italian-style fine bread crumbs
Directions
- cut up swiss and add to ground chicken, spinach, bacon bits, honey mustard, garlic powder and bread crumbs. Mix well and form into burgers. I have an electirc stove and cook them for 15 minutes on 400 degrees then turn them and cook for another 15 minutes. Top with Honey Mustard and serve on a seeded bun -- YUM! Enjoy.
