Ingredients
- 1 -1 1⁄2 lb thin chicken cutlet
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup marsala wine
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
Directions
- Bread chicken or veal in already mixed flour, salt, and pepper.
- Fry in margarine.
- Add chicken broth and wine.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
