Chicken & Stuffing Casserole

A great family meal on a Sunday afternoon.

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 12 cup  melted butter
  • 4  cups herb stuffing mix
  • 3  cups  cooked chicken, cut up
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans  cream of mushroom soup
  • 12  ounces evaporated milk
  • 10  ounces  frozen peas
  • 14 cup  chopped onion

Directions

  1. Combine melted butter and stuffing mix. Pour half in 9x13 inch pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over stuffing.
  2. Spread remaining stuffing on top. Bake at 375 degrees, uncovered, for 30 minute.
