Chicken Stew

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 1⁄3 lbs chicken breasts
- 2 lbs mixed vegetables
- 3 sage leaves
- 1 1⁄2 cups chicken broth
Directions
- Chop Chicken into 1 inch pieces. In a dutch oven, heat olive oil on high heat and brown chicken for 4-5 minutes.
- Remove chicken from pot.
- Add margarine and cook sage leaves for 1 minute. Remove sage and add vegetables. Sprinkle flour over vegetables and mix for 1 minute until blended. Add chicken broth and chicken together and cook it up.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
