Chicken, Shrimp and Sausage Jambalaya

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet.
  2. Add onion to skillet and cook until onion is lightly browned, about 5 minute.
  3. Add sausage to onion and cook until browned.
  4. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
  5. Stir in rice, chicken broth, artichoke hearts, tomato sauce and red-pepper sauce.
  6. Bring to a simmer, then turn heat to low.
  7. Cover and cook 17 min., stir occasionally.
  8. Add shrimp and chicken.
  9. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are opaque and curled.
