Chicken Salsa Soup

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 32 ounces chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 15 1⁄4 ounces frozen corn
- 1 (10 ounce) jar salsa (I prefer On the Border)
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (more or less to taste)
Directions
- Cube chicken.
- Combine water, chicken broth, salsa, corn and chicken. Add chili powder.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes (until chicken is cooked).
- Garnish with cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips if desired.
