Chicken Salad With Craisins & Almonds

Ingredients
- 13 ounces chicken or 13 ounces left over chopped chicken
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup craisins
- 1⁄4 cup almonds, chopped and toasted or 1⁄4 cup wheat berries, prepared, cooked & cooled
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 1 dash curry powder (optional)
Directions
- Toast almonds or make wheat berries.
- Drain and shred chicken.
- Add mayonnaise, seasonings and craisins.
- Once almonds or wheat berries have cooled, add to salad.
- Mix together and serve or chill until ready to eat.
