Chicken Salad

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, diced in 1/3 to 1/2 in cubes or 2 cups cooked chicken breasts
- 1⁄2 cup celery, diced
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup cashew pieces
- 3 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Chill for an hour or so.
- Serve inside pita bread or on your favorite whole grain bread.
