Ingredients
- 3 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 sweet gherkins, chopped
- 1 cup diced celery
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Directions
- Combine chicken, celery, salt, eggs, pickles, and pecans.
- Moisten with mayonnaise.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce, or use as a sandwich filling.
