Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- salt & pepper
Directions
- cook chicken in chicken stock until done -- let steep for about 15 minutes -- drain -- chop into bite sized pieces -- add to celery and almond -- mix with mayonaise, salt , and pepper. Refrigerate.
