Chicken Romaine Salad

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 lbs thin sliced chicken breasts
- 2 cups romaine lettuce
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 1 cup couscous
- 1⁄2 cup avocado
- 1⁄2 cup red onion
- 2 egg whites
Directions
- Sauté chicken using Pam Olive Oil spray. Chop when cooked.
- Portion romaine into 5 Tupperware containers.
- Chop up remaining ingridients and mix in large bowl. Spoon into each tupperware.
- Add chicken to each tupperware.
- Refrigerate.
