Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 large onion
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 lb frozen vegetables
- 1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 pie crusts rolls
- 1 rotisserie chicken
Directions
- Peel potatoes and dice into squares you would want to put in your mouth.
- Melt butter in saucepan just aboove medium head and add potatoes for 5 minutes. Stirring often.
- While potatoes are cooking, dice onion and celery. Add after the 5 minutes is up, add the rest of the vegetables and cook 10 minutes or until onion is soft. Garlic, onion, defrosted veggies, celery. .
- Add flour and toss for 2 minutes or so.
- Add liquid and stir slowly from the bottom til bubbly. Once heated, add chicken, stir a few times and remove from heat. Add salt and peppe. .
- Spray 9x13 pan with non stock and roll out two pie crusts.
- Pour in cpp mixture , sprinkle reason salt all over top,then add other two crusts on top.
- Poke holes all around and heat at 400 for about 40 minutes or more or until crust is to your liking.
