Chicken Pot Pie

Easy to make. Delicious filling in a tasty, flaky crust. YUM!

Yields: 1 pie

Ingredients

  • 3 -4  chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 (10 1/2ounce) can  cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 1/2ounce) can  cream of celery soup
  • 1 (15 ounce) can  mixed vegetables
  • 23 cup milk
  • 2  deep dish pie shells

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cook chicken breasts, season with seasoning of choice.
  3. In a large bowl, mix soups, vegetables, and milk.
  4. Add cooked chicken.
  5. Put filling into pie crust.
  6. Top with second pie crust. (It is easier to remove crust from pie pan if it has been sitting out for a few minutes!)
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
