Chicken Pilaf

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2⁄3 cup rice
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 1⁄3 cups water
- 1⁄4 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder
- 2 teaspoons orange peel
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Brown chicken in margarine.
- Salt and pepper the chicken.
- Remove chicken.
- Cook rice and onion in the drippings.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Place rice mixture in a casserole dish.
- Top with chicken.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 375* for 45 to 50 minutes.
