  1. Cook chicken and celery in stock until done.
  2. Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces and place in a 9"X12" dish.
  3. Add the celery to the dish.
  4. Mix the stock and chicken soup and pour over the top.
  5. Melt butter.
  6. Add flour and milk to butter and mix until smooth.
  7. Spread flour mix over top of pan.
  8. Bake at 450 F until brown.
